io.net CEO Tackles IO Cloud Bugs, Announces Plan for Issue Resolution

Ahmad Shadid, founder and CEO of DePIN protocol offshoot in the Solana ecosystem, io.net, recently addressed the concerns of users who reported significant bugs and technical difficulties with the current version of IO Cloud. Shadid reassured users that the team is working vigorously to resolve these issues.

In light of the recent complications, Shadid took to the X platform to outline a refreshed roadmap for the upcoming weeks:
1. The team has set up a transparent process for verifying the presence of all devices in the network and plans to share these logs publicly this week.
2. Starting this weekend, a public question list will be maintained on the official website with a form for users to submit new inquiries. Reporting new bugs will result in a bounty, and a full bug bounty program is slated to transition in a few weeks.
3. The token release has been delayed until all vulnerabilities are addressed. The team is currently working on reconnecting with the network and estimates this will take roughly two weeks. The primary focus is ensuring the core platform's stability and functionality before launching the token.
4. Efforts will be made to calculate and display supplier rewards received in March and April, with May rewards subsequently updated in real-time in IO Worker.
5. The team is continually working to improve their metrics report in the browser for better user understanding and transparency.

Shadid emphasized that this approach prioritizes the interests of suppliers, users, and the community at large while promising to make the platform more robust and reliable.
