President Trump announced the list of members of the Cryptocurrency Council

President-elect Donald Trump has just announced the list of members of the Presidential Advisory Council on Digital Assets (Crypto Council). This is considered an important step to promote the United States' technological position in the field of cryptocurrency.

Bo Hines, a former Congressional candidate and Yale University graduate, was named the council's Executive Director. Hines will work with David Sacks, who Trump has appointed “Chief of AI and Cryptocurrency.” Trump asserted that the council will spare no effort to ensure the United States is a global leader in blockchain technology and digital assets.

In addition to Bo Hines and David Sacks, the panel also includes many important figures in the technology sector such as Michael J.K. Kratsios, former US Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Lynne Parker, head of the Office of National AI Initiatives, and Sriram Krishnan, lead software engineer, co-founded Windows Azure. The creation of this council demonstrates Trump's commitment to initiatives related to cryptocurrency and financial technology.
