Take profits doesen't mean that you sell everything at ATH and buy all-in at rock bottom. You DCA both up and down. This way you have a large number of trades to take profit from

The thing is ,many alts were not even ripe enough to pluck. Many still way below 50% of ATH ,and some still at bear market prices.

If you were lucky,you had access to early allocations for new projects ,and airdrops.
