Max Resnick, an employee of Ethereum development company Consensys, announced that he has joined Anza, a subsidiary of Solana Labs, and plans to write a spec for as much of the Solana protocol and prioritize fee markets and consensus implementations. He believes Ethereum lacks the streamlined process for rapid change, which some see as an advantage of decentralization.
