RIPPLE CLO CALLS OUT GENSLER’S WEAK JUSTIFICATION

Ripple CLO Stuart Alderoty just clapped back at SEC’s Gensler, calling his excuse for attacking crypto weak sauce.

Gensler tried to blame Jay Clayton, saying he was just keeping the anti-crypto fire burning—Alderoty’s like, “Nah, bro, that’s just burning down the house and blaming the match.”

Meanwhile, 18 state AGs are throwing hands at the SEC, and whispers say the CFTC might start running the crypto game.
