Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is being held on sexual assault charges, has hired FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s attorney Alexandra Shapiro for his appeal. Combs is being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Correctional Facility after his $50 million bail request was denied. Shapiro also represented Bankman-Fried, who filed an appeal against his 25-year sentence. Diddy is fighting to overturn the bail decision, which was denied due to public safety concerns, citing Shapiro’s experience in white-collar cases.
