Last night’s much-hyped broadcast between Donald Trump and Elon Musk on X, held at 4 AM, has left the crypto community puzzled. Despite a whopping 16 million viewers tuning in, the conversation was shockingly silent on Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. The nearly two-hour discussion, which primarily focused on the upcoming US elections, didn't mention crypto once, disappointing fans who were eager to hear the thoughts of two figures closely linked to the crypto world.

Musk, who has previously shown his interest in digital currencies, and Trump, who has lately expressed support for the crypto sector, stayed mum on the subject. Polymarket saw over $4 million in wagers on Trump referencing crypto, but the broadcast ended without a single mention of “Bitcoin” or “Tesla.”

This isn’t the first time the crypto community has faced such a letdown. A recent interview between El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele and Tucker Carlson also skirted around the topic of Bitcoin, much to the dismay of crypto enthusiasts.
