Node 9.0 : This upgrade supports the transition by providing the necessary software updates for validators.

Implementation Phases : The fork will roll out in stages, starting with the selection of Delegate Representatives (DReps), followed by a Constitution Convention, and culminating in a community vote on the Cardano Constitution.
