**Bitcoin Sentiment Soars Amid Price Rally**

Bitcoin's recent price surge has traders feeling more optimistic than they have in 16 months. Data from Santiment reveals that Bitcoin's 20% rally over three weeks has significantly boosted positive sentiment on social media.

As of July 27, Bitcoin trades at $67,708, up 6.22% since July 25, according to CoinMarketCap. Santiment's Weighted Sentiment Index, which tracks Bitcoin mentions and the ratio of positive to negative comments, is at its highest since March 2023.

This upbeat mood coincides with former US President Donald Trump's speech at the Bitcoin 2024 Conference, where he envisioned the U.S. as the "Crypto capital of the world" and predicted Bitcoin would surpass gold.

The Crypto Fear and Greed Index now reads "Greed" at 71, a significant jump from 47 on June 28. This marks a stark contrast from a month ago when negative sentiment was prevalent, and Bitcoin traded around $65,000.
