**News Flash: FTX Exec's Prison Date Delayed Due to Dog Bite**

Former FTX Digital Markets co-CEO Ryan Salame's prison reporting date has been postponed by 45 days due to medical issues from a dog bite. Salame's lawyers filed a request in the Southern District of New York, seeking to move his surrender date from August 29 to October 13 for urgent medical treatment.

Salame, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy and campaign finance fraud, was bitten by a German Shepherd on June 29. Despite his injuries, he remains active on social media, hinting at future interviews and monitoring the Bitcoin 2024 conference.

Other FTX associates, including co-founder Gary Wang and former engineering director Nishad Singh, are set for sentencing later this year.
