Scammers share their seed phrase or passphrase to lure people into logging into their wallets under the guise of seeking help to transfer USDT to Binance.
Once someone logs in, scammers exploit this access by attempting to transfer assets to their own accounts.
Here's a common scenario:☠️
When you attempt to transfer from OKX, it requests a deposit of TRX for gas fees. As soon as you deposit the required TRX, the scammer immediately transfers them elsewhere. Additionally, these wallets are often protected with Externally Owned Accounts (EOAs). EOAs are controlled by private keys, which are only known to the account owner.
Always exercise caution and be aware of scammers employing sophisticated tactics to deceive and trap newcomers in the crypto space.
