Some folks try to expose themselves to every solid narrative out there, aiming to buy into every promising project. That's a mistake.

Even I can't hold as many projects as I'd like. Some people diversify a $1,000 portfolio into tons of projects, which is a bad move. You can't buy every project, and it becomes very difficult to monitor them. Yes, diversifying is smart, but over-diversifying is counterproductive.

For example, if you have a $10K portfolio, in my opinion, 5-6 projects are enough. I've seen people diversify a $3K portfolio into 20 coins, and that's a terrible strategy. For $3K, 4-5 solid coins are sufficient.

Always keep some spare funds, no matter how green the market is. The crypto market is unpredictable, and nothing is certain here.
