现实世界中，知识产权滥用是一种常见的现象，经常可以看见谁谁抄袭了谁谁，特别是在信息如此透明的现在，你的“文字”“图片”“音频”“视频”等被盗用甚至原封不动的转发，解决纠纷门槛高且麻烦。为此 Story Protocol 利用区块链可溯源的特点，创建了一个专门为知识产权（intellectual property，简称IP）而生的 L1 链。

👉项目的链结构和流程是什么样的？

首先 Story Network 是一个百分百 EVM 兼容的区块链，意味着它可以实现以太坊的基本功能（包括铸造 NFT、兼容各种 ERC 协议），同时对图像类型的数据上传查询更快，因为以太坊对图像类型的数据结构不是很友好。这保证了管理 IP 的效率。

项目架构有这么几个角色：

1、IP 资产（IPA）：，IP 资产是链上的 NFT，代表一个 IP。如果你的 IP 已经在链上（如 Azuki 或 Pudgy Penguin），则它已经可以在 Story 上注册。如果是链外的 IP，你只需铸造一个 NFT 来代表它，然后注册为 Story 上的 IP 资产。

2、IP 账户（IPC）：IP 账户是与 IPA关联的智能合约，主要做两件事：存储与 IP 资产相关的数据（如许可代币和版税代币）。
使这些数据通过模块进行利用，例如许可管理、收入/版税分配、改编等功能。

3、注册表：注册表管理 Story Protocol 中的广泛状态。主要注册表包括 IP 资产注册表、授权注册表和模块注册表。

4、不同模块：包括许可模块（License）、版税模块（Royalty）、争议模块（disbute）、分组模块（collection）
许可模块：负责定义许可证并将其附加到 IP 资产
版税模块：负责处理父级和子级IP资产之间的版税流。
争议模块：负责处理错误注册或行为不端的知识产权资产纠纷。
分组模块：负责处理不同的 IPA 组。

这四个为 Story 自创的模块，与此同时，个人或者团队可以创建自己的模块，只需要通过钩子模块来进行注册，通过注册表的申请即可。

5、授权模板：包含如商业使用许可、可转让性、版税百分比等条款的法律框架代码，可供用户直接使用。

6、许可代币LT：当 IP 所有者将授权条款附加到 IP 资产时，任何人都可以铸造的 ERC-721 NFT。这些代币可以被销毁以注册衍生 IP。

7、版税代币RT：每个 IPA 的版税 Token，可以领取 IPA 的版税费用

8、IP 市场（IPFi）：Story 生态系统中基于各种 IP 资产的 DeFi 应用，用于交易 LT 和 RT。

9、许可控制层（Access Controller）：管理 Story Protocol 中所有与权限相关的状态和权限检查。

10、可编程 IP 许可证（PIL）：是基于美国版权法的合法链下文档。这是由 Story 团队创建的第一个许可证模板。

这么多角色和专业是不是很乱，但其实我举个例子就明白了。

假设 Universal Pictures 是一家电影制作公司，他们将自己的一部经典电影（例如《侏罗纪公园》）注册为知识产权（IP）资产。在注册过程中，Universal Pictures 可以选择一个授权模板（例如 PIL）来设定 IP 的使用条款。比如，他们允许其他公司商业使用该 IP，并规定每次使用时需要支付 10% 的版税。注册完成后，系统会为该 IP 创建一个专属账户，并为该 IP 配置 1 亿枚版税代币，用于计算该 IP 从其衍生作品（例如根据《侏罗纪公园》制作的游戏、玩具等周边产品）中获得的收入比例。同时 Universal Pictures 也可以将该 IP 在现实中生成一个合法的文件。

接下来，Hasbro 公司决定根据《侏罗纪公园》的 IP 制作一系列周边玩具。为此，Hasbro 可以支付一定费用（或零费用）来铸造授权 NFT。然后，Hasbro 可以销毁该授权 NFT 来注册一个衍生 IP，并指定版税比例。由于 Universal Pictures 为父 IP1 设置了 10% 的版税比例，它将从衍生 IP2 的 1 亿枚版税代币中获得 10%，即 1000 万枚 IP2 代币。此外，Universal Pictures 还可以从衍生 IP2 产生的收入中获得 10%。值得注意的是，衍生 IP 的衍生品（如玩具系列等）也可以被注册。

这样，Universal Pictures 和 Hasbro 之间就形成了类似的知识产权合作关系。
