Thai authorities to block 'unauthorized' crypto platforms
Thai Securities and Exchange Commission recently issued an announcement stating that it was ordered to submit information about unauthorized digital asset service providers to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society to block access to these platforms in order to improve law enforcement efficiency in addressing cybercrime issues. The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission said that blocking unauthorized platforms is similar to countries such as India and the Philippines, requiring users of these platforms to quickly withdraw their assets from the platforms.
