Market Update: After Bitcoin broke below the 4-hour EMA8 (blue line), this level has now flipped to resistance. The key focus is on a potential reclaim of the 4-hour EMA8, but more importantly, a 4-hour close above $89.8k (the Monday high). If both of these levels are retaken, we could be looking at a potential push toward new all-time highs (ATH). On the flip side, support for now sits at $86.6k. A failure to hold above this level would suggest further downside risk, and we'd want to avoid seeing acceptance below this mark for the short-term bullish trend to remain intact. A break below it, with a 4-hour close beneath, could signal a potential pullback towards the lower $80k zone. $90k continues to be a tough psychological resistance level to break through. Overall, it’s been an excellent week for trading, but with CPI data due today, it’s wise to stay patient and monitor the reaction.
