Michael Saylor, founder of MicroStrategy, agreed to pay $40 million to settle a tax fraud lawsuit with the D.C. Attorney General. The lawsuit claimed Saylor pretended to be a resident of Florida or Virginia to avoid D.C. taxes. Saylor will pay the amount in full, with no contribution from MicroStrategy.

3️⃣ Former Binance CEO CZ Commences 4-Month Jail Term in California
Changpeng Zhao, the founder of Binance, has begun a four-month prison sentence in California for failing to prevent money laundering at the exchange. He will serve his time at Lompoc II, a low-security facility in Santa Barbara county.

21Shares has rebranded its Ethereum spot ETF from Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF to 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF and filed an updated S-1 application. ARK Invest has ended its partnership with 21Shares and will no longer be involved in the ETF. The amended Form S-1 shows no updated fees. ARK Invest decided not to move forward with the Ether ETF, citing a need to reassess its investment strategy.

#AEVO got exit scammed by founders and devs. For this it’s removed from the long term plays and it’s not planned to add more in future. Lost approximately $150k on this, that’s the risk in investing in new projects. It worked well with SEI, TIA, ONDO and many other projects we bought that printed several x already. However for AEVO, the team did nothing what they promised, instead they sold and dumped on investors. I don’t think the coin will become what devs promised us and even more disappointed from Binance listing requirements that allowed such a scam, or recently tons of other coins to get listed and rugged on Binance. This is another, and maybe the best example why never go all in as long it’s not BTC.
