📰 Bitcoin and Altcoins Start the Week with a Sharp Fall
Bitcoin and altcoins began the week with significant declines. Bitcoin fell below 🔽$63,000, influenced by large sales from miners, a significant transfer by the German government to exchanges, and negative market sentiment. Ethereum (ETH) dropped to 🔽$3,350, losing 3.7% in 24 hours, while other major altcoins like Solana, XRP, and Dogecoin also saw declines. WIF and LayerZero (ZRO) were among the hardest hit, losing 13.5% and 13.4%, respectively. Meanwhile, $162.9 million in crypto futures were liquidated, mostly long positions.
