In 2021, a class action lawsuit was filed against Dapper Labs .
The lawsuit alleged that the company violated US securities laws (We are talking about the NBA Top Shot NFT collection)
As a result , Dapper Labs reached an agreement and agreed to pay $4,000,000.
Why its interesting? The Flow network was developed by Dapper Labs, so personally for me $FLOW main targets still relevant
