This was reported by analysts from Triple-A company. According to their data, by the beginning of 2024, there were approximately 562 million cryptocurrency holders - 6.8% of the world's population.

🌐 Asia leads in the number of new holders, showing a yearly growth of 21.8% - from 268.2 million to 327 million. They are followed by North American countries with a growth of 38.6% - from 52.1 million to 72.2 million.

The most significant growth, at 116.5%, was shown by South American countries - from 25.5 million to 55.2 million. In Europe, their number increased by 60.3% from 30.7 million to 49.2 million people. In Africa, however, it increased by 8.5%, from 40.1 million to 43.5 million.

💬 The popularity of digital assets is growing worldwide, regardless of governments' positions. In turn, the increase in the number of users contributes to the rise in cryptocurrency prices.
