With such a hype and such amount of money inflows Pepe would have easily blown one Zero to the sky..
It's moving slowly opposite to what is anticipated comparing with the present marketcap.
If Btc crosses 73k and sustains... This coin will skyrocket.
For Btc to cross 73k and sustain that level it will take some time.
To assume, probably 15days to a month after a minor retraction..
