Fidelity Removes Staking Clause from Its Ethereum ETF
🗒 #Fidelity has amended its S-1 filing for the spot Ethereum ETF, specifically removing the clause about ETH staking.
✏️ This aligns with previous information suggesting that the SEC may recognize that Ethereum itself is not a security, while staked $ETH is considered one.
👀 It seems the chances of Ethereum #ETFs. being approved in May are increasing daily. Previously, ARK 21Shares also made a similar change. The SEC has a deadline of May 23 and 24 to decide on ETF applications from #VanEck and ARK Invest.
