Don’t Lose $1300 As My Friend Did

He just joined Binance from stock market.

His initial fiat to USDT conversions gone right. He understood the process and then gone for a bigger amount.

He placed an order of $1300 USDT. Transferred the amount to the seller’s account was waiting for his USDT to get released.

Then the seller sent him a message saying he is a big merchant of USDT and needs to sell lots of USDT everyday. So he needs buyers who can buy a significant amount. For that he is giving some discounts to the people buying more than $1000. Then the seller sent his contact and instructed him to cancel the order and send his USDT address. He will send 25 USDT more to ensure that he always trade with him. The seller kept on insisting and he being a naive fool sent him his address and cancelled the order.

AND HE VANISHED 🤦

He tried contacting him through the contact he given but got no response.

Didn’t knew about Binance CS and contacted them 2 days later. They were also in no position to help, as already 2 days has passed.

Binance has a very robust and supportive CS which many of us don’t know the right way to access. I suggest Binance gives a special position and easy access to their customer support for the new users as well as for the users who haven't used customer support before.

To access Binance CS-

1. Go to your 'Profile' (Binance symbol in the homepage top left)

2. Click on the headset symbol on top right

3. Scroll down and click on ‘Get Support’

4. Then start writing your problem and choose any topic from the suggestions

5. Scroll down and click on ‘Unsolved’

6. Click on 'Not relevant'

7. Click on ‘Yes, transfer to Customer Service’
