The $XRP community has lost.

XRP is down 95% against Ethereum over the last 5 years. Exactly 5 years ago today, ETH was $130 while Ripple's shitcoin was $0.31 - hasn't even done a 2x while ETH is up 26X. Even if XRP magically pumped to $7 in the next minute, it would have still underperformed ETH over the last 5 years. And that's on top of the additional risk XRP holders have taken on due to XRP having a lower market cap.

I only got involved with XRP in the last 2 years, all long-term holders have automatically lost, and there is 0 chance they will ever make up the opportunity cost of holding the token. XRP dominance is also at record lows, partnerships have gone nowhere.

Also, XRP represents a tiny chunk of my portfolio so I still hold it, but I have 0 faith and couldn't care less about it.

Note: I have a confession to make. I’m very bullish on XRP. This post was a sentiment check. Me and my brother wanted to see how the herd of retail investors feel towards XRP, it could be a good indication of when it’s about to move. Contrarian investing does seem to work in crypto. Source: see Solana and how much that coin was hated…now I'm not saying XRP pulls a Solana, but boy the sentiment is negative af. I am expecting a large leg up fairly soon. However, it is simply a fact that XRP has underperformed significantly. Number 1 rule of investing: always go against the heart 😎

Good luck!
