According to PANews, James Seyffart, a Bloomberg analyst, announced via Twitter that Bitwise Invest has once again submitted a revised Ethereum ETF S-1 form. He anticipates that more issuers will submit this form within the week. Seyffart predicts that the Ethereum spot ETF product could be listed later next week or during the week of July 15th.
Another Bloomberg analyst, Eric Balchunas, commented on the situation. He stated that no one truly understands why the SEC is taking such a long time to process these forms. Given the minimal amount of commentary, he believes that the listing should occur quickly. However, he also suggested that a potential 'issue' might be slowing down the process, or it could simply be due to people being on summer vacation. Despite these uncertainties, all signs point to the listing happening this month, with more details to be revealed next week.
