According to PANews, data from L2BEAT indicates that the total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer 2 networks has reached $46.51 billion, marking an 11.3% decrease over the past seven days. The top five networks by TVL are Arbitrum One with $19.08 billion, experiencing a 7.66% decline; Base with $12.83 billion, down by 9.07%; OP Mainnet with $7.1 billion, decreasing by 16.1%; Blast with $1.21 billion, falling by 17.6%; and ZKsync Era with $1.06 billion, which saw a 20.3% drop.
