Launch New Stablecoin USDtb on December 16th
Ethena (ENA), the protocol for issuing the stablecoin USDe, has announced that it will launch a new stablecoin, USDtb, on December 16th via X. The USDtb token will support swaps with BlackRock's tokenization fund Biddle. USDtb will be swappable with Ethereum's existing "synthetic dollar" stablecoin USDe, and the USDtb initiative will invest over 90% of its reserves in BlackRock's tokenization fund BUIDL, according to the company.
