Why Is Elon Musk Sharing PEPE Images? 🐸

Elon Musk has been sharing numerous visuals created with artificial intelligence, particularly this morning. Interestingly, a significant portion of these visuals was related to $PEPE .

Musk's artificial intelligence company, xAI, recently launched its new visual/image creation program, Grok. This release coincided with OpenAI's video creation program, Sora. Both tools are now available to X platform users, allowing them to create visuals directly through the platform using Grok.

Many X users have been using this feature to create and share visuals of themselves, Elon Musk, and well-known individuals and characters. Some of these creations were reshared by Musk on his own account. Among them, several PEPE-related visuals stood out.

PEPE, originally a comic book character created in 2005 by artist Matt Furie, has become a major icon in the crypto world. It inspired the creation of the #PEPE meme coin, launched in 2023, which rapidly gained popularity among meme coins. Notably, Musk has shared images of PEPE instead of Dogecoin, despite being associated with the latter in the past.

Over the past year, PEPE has seen remarkable growth, with its value increasing by over 1500%. Alongside PEPE, Musk shared visuals of other creations generated by Grok, demonstrating the program's capabilities.$PEPE
