please help me!

I withdraw sun coin from my Binance wallet to my other wallet address (Roqqu). The withdrawal was successful on my Binance, but it did not reflect in my roqqu crypto wallet app since morning. 8:05AM. I have sent to there customer care on roqqu, all to no avail. please what can I do to get my money or to reverse the money???
