took out one half, and other half let for gamebling to be or not to be

Please help me out. I bought USUAL coin and it has pumped almost 50% in the past few days, should I withdraw it now? Will it fall now? I am concerned because it is still the pre market only. I am new. Help out plz. $USUAL
