Fear has no place in the market. Patience is key, as I've stressed before—sometimes the best move is to do nothing. Constantly checking short-term charts, like the 15-minute or 1-hour timeframes, won't do you any favors. In fact, it's more likely to amplify your anxiety.

Zoom out and focus on the bigger picture—take a look at the daily charts. You'll see that most altcoins are merely consolidating, stuck in a range after a strong upward move. This is something I pointed out when Bitcoin ($BTC ) often led to successful movements in altcoins.

There's no reason to be alarmed unless you're entering trades impulsively, without a solid plan. Instead of succumbing to fear, shift your attention to the overall market structure, particularly on higher timeframes. If you're confident in a bullish trend and the structure continues to support that outlook, there's no need to panic.

If you’re holding cash while observing smaller timeframes, remember that pullbacks can be valuable entry points when the higher timeframe trends are still bullish. Don't let short-term noise sway you—broaden your perspective, step back, and remain calm.
