Top 3 Layer 1/ Layer 2 Projects Ready To Blast

In today post we will share top 3 coins of Layer 1/Layer 2 category that can blast in this bull run. 

First project is $ACA . ACA is a layer 1/ layer 2 project based on #Polkadot parachain theme. If DOT make 5X from here then we can expect $1 as a easy target that is 20X from here. Bcz it has strong back features like offering DOT liquid staking, decentralized dollar and AMM dex.
