London-based pensions company L&G, which manages $1.5 trillion in assets , has announced plans to tokenize its funds .

L&G's head of trading said digitalisation of the funds industry could help improve efficiency, reduce costs and expand the range of investment solutions.

BlackRock: “The overall goal is to move trillions of dollars of assets from #TradFi to #DeFi with Real World Assets.”
