Cryptocurrency exchange Cryptо.соm sues @SECGov, along with its chair @GaryGensler and its four commissioners after the regulator sent a Wells Notice to the company. Through this move, the exchange aims to protect the future of crypto in the U.S. Moreover, Cryptо.соm has filed a petition with the @CFTC and SEC to confirm via joint interpretation that certain cryptocurrency derivative products are solely regulated by the CFTC.
