Explorer Decimal Update

After the final blockchain migration and recovery of critical bugs that led to the network shutdown - the blockchain is functioning, but users may encounter display errors in explorer:

Explorer is experiencing the following display issues:

● The transaction history graph on the explorer homepage shows data that is not up to date;
● The blocks service is working intermittently;
● The statistics section is being reworked and may not show correct data;
● The transaction information does not show the COM field, only the smart contract;
● The Richlist does not show correct data;
● The coins and tokens section is being reworked. Tokens tab does not display information;
● NFT section does not display data;
● Search bar does not always work correctly;

You can view your wallet balance and transaction history at the link: https://explorer.decimalchain.ru/address/0x.../ by inserting your wallet address instead of "0x...".

These errors in information displaying are known to the developers. All efforts are made to restore correct work of services processing and displaying these data.
