Scammer and thief

I have send to him 100$ to invest with him as he says few days later I got email telling me that I have gain 2100$ and to get this money I have to pay 315$
How come I don’t know if he made that profit he should cut his % and pay my money out he refuse and says stupid words no one will except it
Everyone take care and don’t involve with scammer or lied or stupid scams
