Important Notice We are aware of ongoing issues involving withdraws from Acala to other chains using the Portal Bridge (Wormhole) as well as connecting to the Acala Network through the Binance Web3 Wallet. Please rest assured that our team is actively collaborating with these project teams to resolve matters as swiftly as possible. Your funds remain secure, and the Acala protocol itself is unaffected by these issues. Portal Bridge (Wormhole) We have identified that all outgoing transactions on the Portal Bridge coming from Acala are experiencing issues, causing funds to become temporarily stuck. Incoming transactions are functioning normally. To address this, we will be pausing outgoing transactions of Euphrates and Acala that use the Portal Bridge until the necessary upgrades to Wormhole’s guardian services are completed and the issue is fully resolved. The outgoing transaction using the Acala Bridge that doesn't involved Wormhole remain fully functional. Binance Web3 Wallet We are also aware that the Binance Web3 Wallet currently does not display Acala as a selectable network. This is due to a wallet update that removed support for many Polkadot parachains. We have reached out to the team, and they have confirmed that Acala Network will be re-added in their next wallet update. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through these current issues and we will keep you updated.
