Dear Hamster Kombat Team,
We, the community, want to express our deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent ban of 2.3 million users for alleged cheating at the end of the season. While ensuring fairness in the game is crucial, the abrupt nature of this decision has left many feeling blindsided and unfairly treated.
Throughout the season, there was no clear communication or guidelines outlining what was considered acceptable or unacceptable behavior. Many users, who invested their time, watched ads, and engaged with the game in good faith, were given no chance to avoid the mistakes for which they were penalized. Banning such a large number of users without prior warning or clarity on rules creates an impression of a lack of transparency and, frankly, a disregard for the player base.
We strongly urge the Hamster Kombat team to reconsider this decision and provide clearer guidelines moving forward. Many of us are dedicated players who want to support the game, but actions like these feel like a betrayal of our trust.
Transparency and communication are key to maintaining a healthy gaming community. Please do better.
Sincerely,
2.3 Million Voices
