$USTC @Richard Teng In my opinion, making unaffected new investors into affected investors goes beyond the welfare of their customers.

they hold 2 billion ustc and they sell it to their customers and then buy it back by creating panic to collect liquidity. it doesn't seem to benefit the chain, what is the point of doing this?
