Well well.. seems like I win in the end. My 60500 $BTC short entry at 5x turned out to be good enough.
This was only possible because I had kept a very high liquidation price. Most shorts got wiped before the amazing -15% dump today. Bitcoin went from 61k to 49.4k, 11k dump in 24 hours.
Total liquidation last 24 hours is over 1 billion USD. That's a lot of damage. Or profit if you chose the correct move.
Anyways, I hope my followers made omega profit, and even if you didn't this is a great example of why low leverage futures trading is the best. The volatility is always out of your expectations. Main reason why I set the margin of error so wide is exactly because of this kind of shit.
