🚀 Gemini and IRA Financial Trust have finally buried the hatchet! After a lawsuit that started in 2022, the two firms have reached a settlement, and Judge Analisa Torres dismissed the case with prejudice.

🔒 The lawsuit stemmed from a $36 million crypto exploit, where IRA accused Gemini of misrepresenting its security measures. Gemini, of course, denied all allegations.

💼 While the details of the settlement remain hush-hush, this marks another chapter closed for Gemini, who recently settled with NYDFS and agreed to return $1.1 billion to Earn users.
