Note: Binance Pay’s Send Cash function supports both authorised bank partners and Binance P2P. Using the digital assets in your Spot or Funding Wallet, you can send cash directly to your recipient via bank or e-wallet transfer.
1. Log in to your Binance app.
2. Select the [Pay] icon, and tap [Send Cash] - [Try Now].
1. Select your intended recipient from the recipient list. You can also add new recipient’s details which will be automatically saved to your list for future use.
Note: Please check all the details carefully before tapping [Continue].
2. You will see a summary of the payment information. Please review all details before proceeding.
3. You’ll be then prompted to confirm your payment. Choose to pay from your preferred wallet or use a combination of available balances. You can also specify your preferred payment currency at this stage.

Once you select the destination country, you will see an estimated transaction time. The actual duration may vary depending on the payment method you choose. While transactions are completed within the same day, in some cases it may take more than 10 working days due to local regulations and payout institution requirements.
Go to [Pay] - [Send Cash], to view the status of your latest transfer. To view your transfer history, tap the [History] icon on the top right corner.
a. The recipient details are wrong
Most banks won’t accept payments if the recipient details are incorrect.
Please double-check all recipient information carefully before proceeding.
b. The recipient account has reached its remittance limit.
Some countries may limit the amount of money a resident can receive per day due to regulatory requirements. The transfer will fail if the recipient’s remittance limit has been reached.
Please ensure that your recipient’s remittance limit is sufficient before proceeding with the transfer.
c. Other possible reasons:
In most cases, you have 30 days from the transaction date to lodge a dispute. For further assistance, please contact Binance Support via Chat.
Local taxes, as dictated by jurisdiction and its regulations, will be deducted directly from the received amount. Users acknowledge and agree that the amount sent from Binance may differ from the received value due to their tax status.
