How to Complete the Bedrock Task in the BOB Campaign on Binance Web3 Wallet?

Participate in the Bedrock task to stand a chance to be part of the 1,000 winners to equally share an exclusive reward pool of 100,000 Bedrock Diamond. Winners are selected based on the Award Selection Rules Based on Bitcoin Hash after the campaign ends. In addition, all eligible participants can receive a 2x boost on Bedrock Diamond for minting uniBTC on BOB Chain.

Complete all four tasks in the BOB campaign to share a reward pool of $300,000 worth of BOB tokens, divided equally among all eligible participants.

Prerequisites

To complete this task, you’ll need:

• At least 0.0001 wBTC in your Binance Web3 MPC Wallet; and
• A sufficient ETH balance on BOB Chain to pay for gas fees.

How to stake wBTC to uniBTC on the BOB Chain via Bedrock?

Step 1: Connect your Binance Web3 Wallet to Bedrock

1. Log in to your Binance app and go to the activity page.

2. Tap [Join Now] to confirm your participation.

3. Tap the Bedrock task and you’ll be redirected to the Bedrock staking site. Make sure to select [uniBTC] on the menu bar.

4. You’ll be prompted to connect your wallet. Tap [Connect Wallet] and choose your Binance Web3 Wallet.

Step 2: Approve wBTC on BOB Chain

5. After successfully connecting your Web3 Wallet, switch to [BOB].

6. Enter the amount of BTC you’d like to stake and tap [Approve wBTC]. Follow the instructions to approve the assets.

Tips: If you plan to stake across multiple sessions, please enter an estimated allowance amount you plan to stake in total when approving tokens for staking. This limits your exposure and is safer than giving unlimited allowance while saving on gas fees.

7. Follow the instructions to approve wBTC. You’ll need to confirm twice (on both Bedrock and Binance).

This action will incur a nominal gas fee. Once successfully approved, you should see a confirmation pop-up message.

Step 3: Stake wBTC to mint uniBTC

8. You can now stake wBTC to mint uniBTC. Enter the amount you’d like to stake (the minimum required amount is 0.0001 wBTC). Tap [Stake] to confirm.

9. A confirmation screen will appear, tap [Stake] again to confirm. You’ll then see another confirmation pop-up of your Binance Web3 Wallet. Tap [Confirm] to stake.

Step 4: Check your uniBTC amount

10. After staking completes, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up that tells you how many uniBTC you’ve received.

11. You can also scroll down to see how many uniBTC you currently hold in your connected wallet from the Bedrock dashboard.
