Last updated: 6 September 2024
Effective from 20 July 2023, only verified entity accounts can create and transfer Binance Gift Cards. If you wish to create and transfer gift cards, please register for an entity account and complete entity verification. You will also need to sign a gift card distribution agreement. To receive a copy of the agreement template and more information, please contact giftcard@binance.com.
Important notes:
Starting from April 10, 2024, the maximum value of each gift card you can create as a verified Binance entity-seller is 500 USDT equivalent.
From 10 April 2024 onwards, all gift cards will expire 6 months from their date of creation. Please redeem your gift card before its expiration date. For gift cards created before 10 April 2024, there will be no expiry date.
If you purchased a gift card that expired prior to your purchase, please contact the gift card seller from whom you made your purchase. As a user, you can verify the expiry status and date of a gift card in your Binance app Gift Card page's [Redeem] section by entering the 16-digit gift card number. If it's a card created after April 10, 2024 and has expired, you will receive an error message when attempting to redeem it.
As a verified Binance entity-seller, you can view the expiry dates for your gift card orders minted after April 10, 2024 in your merchant dashboard.
Upon receiving your Binance Gift Card, you can redeem it under the [Redeem] tab in the Gift Card Marketplace. Make sure to enter the correct 16-digit redemption code. For more details, please refer to How Do I Redeem a Gift Card on Binance.

You may experience this error message for three reasons:
Please make sure that you're using the correct 16-character Gift Card Redemption Code (example: A1BC23D4EFG78H56) to redeem your gift card. If the gift card has already been added, please go to [Gift Cards] on Binance app and tap [User] - [Card History] to redeem directly from there, without keying the Gift Card Redemption Code again at the 'Redeem' page.
Additionally, make sure to redeem your gift card before the expiration date, especially for cards created on April 10, 2024, and onwards.
Log in to your Binance app and go to [Gift Card]. Tap [User] - [Card History]. Here, you can view whether a card has been added ("Sent") or redeemed ("Redeemed").
Please reach out to the gift card seller you made your purchase from.
If your recipient is not an existing Binance user, you may bind your referral code by toggling on the option [Add your referral link?] while sending the gift card. The recipient can then register for a Binance account with your referral code.
Please contact Binance customer support from your account for further assistance. You may also refer to the Binance Gift Card FAQs.
