How to Buy Crypto with XOF, XAF, USD via Mobile Money on Binance?

You can now use XOF (West African CFA franc), XAF (Central African CFA franc) or USD (United States Dollar) to buy crypto on the Binance app or website.

1. Log in to your Binance app and tap [Add Funds] on the homepage. Choose the fiat currency you want to pay with on the top right column and tap [Buy with].

You can change the fiat currency using the button at the top right.

2. Here you can choose to buy crypto with different fiat currencies. Here we use XOF to buy USDT as an example.

Enter the fiat amount you want to spend, and the system will automatically display the amount of crypto you can get. Tap [Verify and Buy] to proceed.

3. If you haven’t completed identity verification for your Binance account, you’ll be prompted to do so at this step. Follow the instructions to complete both ‘Authenticator App’ and ‘Phone number’ verification.

4. Select [Mobile Money] under ‘Pay with’ and tap [Buy USDT].

5. If you haven’t added a mobile money account before, please provide your mobile money account details below, including the provider, phone number, and email. Tap [Confirm] to continue.

6. Check the payment details and transaction fees carefully and make sure you have sufficient balance in your account before tapping [Confirm].

Please note that, at any given time, the price and corresponding amount of crypto may be recalculated automatically.

7. After you confirm the transaction, you will receive a prompt PIN on your phone. Please enter your PIN to authorize your payment request within 15 minutes.

If you didn’t finish the payment request within 15 minutes, tap [Try Again] to authorize the transaction again. You can also tap [View Order History] to check the status of your order.

8. Please wait patiently for the order to process. This will usually take no more than 30 seconds.

Once your transaction is successfully completed, you may check the order details by tapping [View Spot Wallet].
