Terms and Conditions - CR7 ForeverZone Box

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and eligibility criteria for the CR7 ForeverZone Box promotion ("the Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms.
A. ForeverZone Box Details
There are 50,000 CR7 ForeverZone boxes up for grabs all with different possibilities. New and existing Binance users can get their free ForeverZone Box as long as they meet the requirements (Please check details in Section B: “Eligibility”).

Availability of CR7 ForeverZone Boxes:
i. The campaign provides a limited number of CR7 ForeverZone Boxes ( 50, 000 ).
ii. If all available CR7 ForeverZone Boxes are claimed by participants before the campaign's designated end date “24.10.23 23:59” (UTC), no additional boxes will be made available for claim.
iii. About ForeverZone Box Daily Distribution
The following user groups will be checked on a daily basis:
Group A: All new Binance users who successfully register with the referral code "MeetCR7" or via the register button via the Campaign Landing Page during the campaign activity period. Users must complete and pass identity verification to be eligible to receive a ForeverZone Box.
Group B: All existing Binance users who referred their friends during the campaign activity period via the Campaign Landing Page. Referred users must register via this specified referral link via the Campaign Landing Page, and then complete and pass identity verification for the ForeverZone Box to become eligible.
The ForeverZone Box will be airdropped to the above eligible users under the following schedule:
1. Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 12:00 PM UTC (starting from October 13, 2023).
2. Weekend (Saturday - Monday): All Group A and Group B users during weekends will be airdropped their ForeverZone Box at 12:00 PM UTC the next Monday.
B. Eligibility
a. New Users: Users who register via the Campaign Landing Page (or directly with the referral code “MEETCR7”) and successfully complete/pass identity verification (“KYC”) between October 11 14:00 UTC, 2023, and October 24 23:59 UTC, 2023, will be eligible to receive one (1) free CR7 ForeverZone Box. Note that the 50,000 ForeverZone Boxes will be distributed to new users directly to their NFT wallet, on a first-come first-served basis (as per the ‘About ForeverZone Box Daily Distribution’ schedule above, and while supplies last).
b. Existing Drop 1 and 2 Holders: All existing Drop 1 and 2 NFT holders will automatically receive one (1) CR7 ForeverZone Box airdropped to their wallet by Oct 13 23:59 UTC, 2023. This offer is limited to one (1) ForeverZone Box per NFT holder.
c. Referral Bonus: Registered Binance users can become eligible for a free CR7 ForeverZone Box if they refer a friend to sign up on Binance, and that friend successfully completes the KYC registration process. Once the referee has completed the KYC process, both they and the referrer will receive a ForeverZone Box directly to their NFT wallet (as per the ‘About ForeverZone Box Daily Distribution’ schedule above, and while supplies last). Note that the 50,000 ForeverZone Boxes will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

d. Users who refer more than one friend, and those friends successfully sign up on Binance via KYC, are eligible to receive more than 1 ForeverZone Box.
e. There is a limited supply of 50,000 ForeverZone Boxes, which will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Users who sign up to Binance after the 50,000 ForeverZone Boxes have been claimed will not receive a ForeverZone Box.
C. Collection Overview And Utility
a. NFT Types
A total of seven different CR7 ForeverZone Boxes are available: CR7 Signed Football NFT; Binance Blockchain Week NFT; CR7 Signed Football Shirt NFT; Golden Ticket NFT; CR7 Drop 1 NFT; CR7 Drop 2 NFT; CR7 ForeverZone Souvenir NFT. Each NFT comes with its own utilities for NFT holders.

i. CR7 Signed Football NFT: The Signed Football NFT featuring “A golden football” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a CR7 Signed Football NFT, the user will receive a signed Cristiano Ronaldo Binance football. By holding a CR7 Signed Football NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
ii. Binance Blockchain Week Ticket NFT: The Binance Blockchain Week Ticket NFT featuring “A golden blockchain week ticket” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a Binance Blockchain Week Ticket NFT, the user will receive a ticket to Binance Blockchain Week in November 2023. The Binance Blockchain Week Ticket ( BBW ) is for the 2023 conference from Wednesday 8th November to Thursday 9th November in Istanbul. Please note all BBW expenses to be paid by the holder. By holding a Binance Blockchain Week Ticket NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
iii. CR7 Signed Football Shirt NFT: The Signed Football Shirt NFT featuring “A golden football shirt” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a CR7 Signed Football Shirt NFT, the user will receive a signed Cristiano Ronaldo Binance Football Shirt. By holding a CR7 Signed Football Shirt NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
iv. Golden Ticket NFT: The Golden Ticket NFT featuring “A golden football boot” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a Golden Ticket NFT, the user will participate in the CR7 Training Session experience. Visas will not be managed by Binance and the holder will be responsible for organizing.
Extra Eligibility for Training Session with CR7 in Lisbon, Portugal
You must possess a valid and approved passport and visa (where applicable) to be eligible for claiming the utility services.
Binance reserves the right to verify the age and visa approval of any individual claiming the utility services. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests made by Binance to verify your age, passport validity and visa approval, including providing necessary documentation and information.
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of this utility.
The following travel costs will be provided by Binance as part of the utility: premium economy accommodations — round-trip travel, 2 nights hotel stay at Binance’s choice, ground car service. All other costs shall be covered by the NFT holder.
The training session is expected to happen no later than Dec 31st, 2023, and will tentatively be held in Lisbon, Portugal. Confirmed Date and Time will be provided to you in due course. If you cannot attend the date, your utility will be forfeited.
The user has 7 days to reply to the first contact from Binance. Failure to do so will result in the user forfeiting their training session invitation.
By holding a Golden Ticket NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
v. CR7 Drop 1 NFT: The Drop 1 NFT featuring “A Drop 1 NFT digital collectible” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a Drop 1 NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
vi. CR7 Drop 2 NFT: The Drop 2 NFT featuring “A Drop 2 NFT digital collectible” will be available in the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a Drop 2 NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community and have access to future giveaways and news.
vii. CR7 Souvenir NFT: The Souvenir NFT will feature a “ digital collectible” which will be available by claiming the CR7 ForeverZone Box. By holding a Souvenir NFT, the holder will be a part of the CR7 ForeverZone community page, which in future will include access to giveaways and news related to CR7.
D. Utility Redemption
Golden Ticket NFT
To claim the real utility of an in-person training session with Cristiano Ronaldo, you must be a Binance user and have passed identity verification. You must enter your account and push the [Redeem] button to claim your utility before the 23:59:59 (UTC) October 27, 2023 deadline. This will take you to a survey link where you need to provide your shipping address and details to receive your rewards. You are no longer able to claim the real utilities after the deadline.
Once you have clicked the [Redeem] button and completed the survey, the Golden Ticket NFT will be frozen, and cannot be withdrawn or listed on Binance NFT’s secondary market until after October 27th, 2023, 23:59 UTC.
Binance will contact eligible NFT holders regarding the realization and distribution of Golden Ticket utilities for the CR7 ForeverZone collection, which will commence from October 27th, 2023.
The utility will be distributed no later than 23:59:59 (UTC) Dec 31, 2023.
CR7 Signed Football NFT:
In order to receive the real utility of the Binance Football signed by CR7, you must be a Binance user, and have passed identity verification. You must enter your account and push the [Redeem] button to claim your utility before the October 27th, 2023, 23:59 UTC deadline. This will take you to a survey link where you can provide your shipping address to receive your signed football. You are no longer able to claim the real utility after the deadline.

Binance Blockchain Week NFT:
A snapshot will be taken on October 27, 2023, 23:59:59 UTC. NFT owners who hold the Binance Blockchain Week NFT from the CR7 ForeverZone collection during the snapshot period will receive an entry ticket to the upcoming Binance Blockchain Week ( BBW ). Please note that BBW tickets will be allocated for set dates and must be used for the designated event; all other BBW expenses to be paid for by the user.
Binance will contact eligible NFT holders regarding the distribution of the Binance Blockchain Week (Turkey) Tickets, which will commence from Oct 27th, 2023.
CR7 Drop 1 NFT:
A snapshot will be taken on October 27, 2023, 23:59:59 UTC. NFT owners who hold the CR7 Drop 1 NFT from the CR7 ForeverZone collection during the snapshot period will be airdropped with CR7 Drop 1 NFTs. The Drop 1 NFTs to be airdropped will be in different designs. With a first-come first-served model, the users will be airdropped NFTs from Batch i to Batch iii. All Airdrops will be done by November 2, 2023, 23:59:59 UTC.

F. Instructions for Redemption in product: CR7 Signed Football NFT, CR7 Signed Football Shirt NFT, Golden Ticket NFT (Redemption):
Step 1: Head to Binance NFT > Profile > Collected NFTs.
Step 2: Click on your NFT from the CR7 ForeverZone Collection, and select [Redeem] after you have been redirected to the individual CR7 NFT page.
Step 3: Provide your personal information and shipping details to facilitate the distribution of the relevant utilities.

G. Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
H. No refunds or cash equivalent value of the rewards will be granted.
