6. Why do I get an error message stating I am unable to add my crypto gift card?
You may experience this error message for three reasons:
- Please ensure that you are entering the Gift Card Redemption Code. This is a 16-character code that enables you to add the gift card to your account (example: A1BC23D4EFG78H56). Note that it differs from the Gift Card number, which is a 16-digit number which is used for checking the balance and status of the card.
- If the gift card has already been added to your wallet but remains unredeemed, you won't be able to add it again. In this case, go to [Gift Cards] on the Binance app and tap [User] - [Card History] to check if the card was previously added. If so, you can proceed to redeem the gift card directly.
- For gift cards created from April 10, 2024 onwards, there will be a 6-month expiry period from the date of creation. If the gift card has already expired, you will not be able to add your gift card to your account. For instance, for cards created on April 10, 2024, the latest redemption date is October 10, 2024.If you attempt to redeem it on October 12, 2024, you will receive an error message indicating that you cannot add your gift card.
7. Why can’t I redeem my crypto gift card?

If the gift card has already been added, please go to [Gift Cards] on Binance app and tap [User] - [Card History] to redeem directly from there, without keying the Gift Card Redemption Code again at the 'Redeem' page.
Additionally, make sure to redeem your gift card before the expiration date, especially for cards created on April 10, 2024, and onwards.
8. How do I check the status of my gift cards?
