Binance Optimizes API Order Rate Limits

Fellow Binancians,

Binance has optimized its API order rate limits as below:

• Per second order rate limit has been optimized from 10 orders per second to 100 orders per 10 seconds;
• Maximum orders within 24 hours has been raised from 100,000 orders to 200,000 orders.
