To support our users and their usage of the Binance Margin Trading platform, Binance will increase the borrowing limits of each available margin asset and also the Margin Trading VIP structure at 2019/09/05 1:00 PM (UTC).

Example:
The current standard borrowing amount is 50 BTC, a VIP1 user will be able to borrow up to 4 * 50 BTC = 200 BTC. Similarly, based on the table above, a VIP9 user will be able to borrow a maximum amount of 10 * 50 BTC = 500 BTC.
If the standard daily interest rate is 0.0200%, then a VIP1 user will have a daily interest rate of 0.0200% * 95% = 0.0190%. Similarly, based on the table above, a VIP9 user will have a daily interest rate of 0.0200% * 80% = 0.0160%.
