If you're unable to locate the incoming funds from your friends under the Binance Pay payment history, you can follow the below steps to trace the funds.
Please note that Binance Pay funds will arrive in your Funding Wallet. You may check your Funding Wallet to see if the funds have arrived first.

1. Ask for a screenshot of the payment details from the sender

You may ask the sender to share the transaction details.
If they’re using the website, go to [Orders] - [Payment History]. Click [Details] next to the Binance Pay transaction to view. If the transaction was successful, they’ll also see “Successful” under [Status].
If they’re using the Binance app, tap the Pay icon and scroll down to [Transactions].

2. Check the payment details

If the payment status is “Successful” but you can’t see the funds in your Funding Wallet, please check if the sender entered the correct recipient details.
