Binance Simple Earn is pleased to launch two new promotions for SUI (SUI) and USDT Simple Earn Flexible Products! Complete subscriptions to SUI or USDT Simple Earn Flexible Products during the Promotion Period to be eligible for 40 SUI Locked Products rewards each. Users who subscribe to SUI Simple Earn Flexible Products may enjoy an exclusive Bonus Tiered APR of 5% on top of Real-Time APR rewards (i.e., approximately 1%).

Promotion Period: 2024-04-02 12:00 (UTC) to 2024-06-28 23:59 (UTC)
Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.
Reward Payout:
Bonus Tiered APR: Distributed to users’ Spot Wallets on a daily basis.
Real-Time APR: Accrued and directly accumulated in users’ Earn Wallets every minute.

Promotion 2: Subscribe to SUI or USDT Flexible Products to Share 20,000 SUI in Locked Products
Promotion Period: 2024-04-02 12:00 (UTC) to 2024-04-30 23:59 (UTC)
During the Promotion Period, users who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to participate:
Complete a net subscription amount of at least 60 SUI to SUI Flexible Products, or at least 130 USDT to USDT Flexible Products , where net subscription amount refers to the total subscription amount less the amount redeemed.
All eligible users will then be ranked by their net eligible subscription amount during the Promotion Period. The top 500 users will qualify to receive a free 150-day SUI Locked Products position.

Net eligible subscription amount = (Total amount of assets subscribed to SUI and USDT Flexible Products) - (Total amount of assets redeemed from SUI and USDT Flexible Products)
Existing Flexible Products positions redeemed during the Promotion Period and resubscribed will not be counted toward the eligible subscription amount.

Promotion 1:
Bonus Tiered APR is offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR. Upon subscription, Bonus Tiered APR rewards start to accrue the next day starting from 00:00 (UTC). Rewards will start to be distributed the following day after accrual starts between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) to the user’s Spot Wallet.
All users who hold open positions for SUI Flexible Products will receive both Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR rewards during the Promotion Period. Once the promotion ends, users will be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards only.
Bonus Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier limit for each token. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.
Promotion 2:
Eligible users will automatically receive a free SUI Locked Products position by 2024-05-24 23:59 (UTC). SUI rewards will be automatically locked in Simple Earn Locked Products for 150 days, where users can enjoy 12% APR.
Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies locked in Simple Earn Locked Products subscriptions to Simple Earn Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period.
For this promotion, users may not redeem their digital assets/digital currencies in advance.
Users can view their Flexible Products assets by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Flexible.
Redemption time for Flexible Products subscriptions: Instant.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
